This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information we learn about you when you visit our Web site.

• If you visit our Web site, we collect and store only the following non-personally identifying information from you: the domain name from which you access the Internet (e.g., aol.com, earthlink.net, etc.); the date and time you access our site; and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. We use this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our Web site and to help us make our site more useful to visitors.

• The only personally-identifying information we collect and store about you is that information you choose to provide to us. We collect and store information about you when you subscribe to one of our e-mail mailing lists to receive one of our on-line newsletters, or when you ask us to respond to you with specific information.   Again, we only have that information which you choose to provide.

• All on-line publications to which you have subscribed will be sent to you as a ":bcc" ("blind carbon copy") so that your e-mail address is not disclosed to other mailing lists recipients.

• We do not now and will not in the future share with or sell to third parties information about visitors to our Web site.  However, the subscription lists for The Adkisson Analysis and The Riser Report are shared.  If you wish to receive one publication but not the other, please remove yourself from the respective mailing list.

• If you would like us to remove you from any on-line mailing lists to which you are subscribed, send an e-mail message to remove@assetprotectionbook.com. Please include your name and e-mail address in the body of the message. We will do our best to honor your request within one business day.
