Who May Register and How?

Registration is restricted to PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS who regularly practice in the area of asset protection planning, creditor-debtor law and related fields, and academics such as law professors and students engaged in research. Advisors who do not regularly practice in this area, or "just may have a few clients who are interested" do not qualify. Registration is those who are regularly involved in this field and not just those with a passing interest.

Registration for those who are merely "interested" in asset protection, and are not professional advisors or academic researchers is not permitted, and any such registrations will be deleted unless you first send an e-mail to jay >>>at<<< risad.com describing your specific interest and requesting that your registration not be deleted. Such permission will be sparingly granted except for existing clients of Riser Adkisson LLP.
