Seminars

Jay and Chris occasionally hosts educational seminars on the topics of asset protection planning and wealth preservation. Commercial speaking engagements will usually require a speaker's fee. Speaking engagements to benefit non-profit organizations, bar associations, etc., will typically require the payment of travel and related expenses only.

Private seminars may also be arranged for the benefit of individuals and small groups. The typical cost of these seminars is $5,000 which includes travel and related expenses. Interested persons should contact us for more information.

Speaking Engagements

The release of their bestselling “Asset Protection: Concepts and Strategies” by McGraw-Hill has made Jay Adkisson and Chris Riser two of the most sought after speakers in the world regarding asset protection and wealth preservation planning.

Their speaker appearance fees vary upon the length of their presentation and distance of travel, and range from $2,500 for either Jay or Chris to make a two hour or shorter presentation, to $5,000 for day-long "private seminars" by both Jay and Chris. These fees typically include their domestic travel and lodging expenses.

For speaking appearances that benefit appropriate charities, civic groups, and professional associations, the speaker appearance fees may be waived in whole or part in our discretion; however, the charity will remain responsible for all reasonable travel and lodging fees.

Asset protection is an excellent topic for certain types of business that seek to attract prospective high-net worth clients, including bank and trust companies, investment advisories and stock brokerages, and life insurance general agencies. With Sarbanes-Oxley, asset protection is also a particularly timely topic for presentation at meetings of corporate offices and directors.

Jay Adkisson is also available to make presentations to civic groups and law enforcement agencies regarding financial scams and tax frauds as the creator of Quatloos.com
