Appellees.

Appeal from the District Court of Oklahoma County, Hon. Bryan Dixon, Trial Judge, dismissing plaintiff's action against all defendants on the grounds of res judicata. Plaintiff had an opportunity, in a prior action for fraudulent transfer of a note, to assert an interest in or place a, constructive trust over the note held by Redman. His neglect to, assert the claim in the prior action bars this, attempt under the doctrine of res judicata. AFFIRMED. Summary Opinion from Court of Appeals, Division 4, by Rapp, C.J., Taylor, P.J., and Stubblefield, J. (sitting by designation), concur.
